Jobs unlock at 30?

Soo, if I understand what the what about the jobs. You have to have the main at 30 and the sub class at 15ish or whatever. I would really like it if you had to be 50 to unlock it or lvl 40, with a tough line of quests where you have to have 8 people with you. As I said in another thread leveling takes little or no effort, also most people have level 50s all across the board. Idk level 30 just seems really low.... Unless they change the speed of leveling(wishes).

jobs are rank 30 unlocks

All of these changes aren't about the current playerbase, it's more about the long run (2.0 relaunch) so level 30 is actually fine when you consider the new players who'll be joining.

taking into account that the 2.0 release will have new zones and a load of new content i think lvl30 is fine.

My understanding of why they're implementing this is so that a player who only wants to focus on one class, is not obligated to cross-class by taking advantage of the job. And the sooner the job starts, the smaller the cross-class gap.

(i.e. I think you can only cross-class four abilities or so at level 25ish, so for a newer player, there's probably not going to be too much to take.)

Job quests will also happen every 5 levels after 30 for (presumably) the other abilities and possibly AF.

Well, thing about getting level 30 it takes like a day or day n a half. Doesn't take long at all.
