Unmarked skills are lower levels of the classes listed(specifically, those are alchemist culinarian and goldsmith abilities). And having Waste Not(Leatherworker level 15) can help while leveling up(it basically gets replaced though). Caimie wrote a really nice and detailed guide about all of this, which you can find linked from the post here on this forum.

If you wanted a class to focus on first, I'd recommend Culinarian, followed by Weaver.

Hasty Touch and Steady Hand II from Culinarian are staple skills in many crafting work flows.

Careful Synthesis II from Weaver is a 100% success rate, 0 CP cost progress action which is extremely helpful in planning out your workflow for a synth.

Just these three skills will make it much easier to complete synths and even get HQ procs for the rest of your leveling.
