Recruiting for s/HC 4.3 ultimate static with UCoB experience

Currently looking for:
- ~~BRD, MCH, or RDM~~ Filled

The position can be both permanent or temporary, depending on your situation.
If you're only looking for a temporary position, you should be able to commit for 1~2 weeks.

Members should ideally (but negotiable):
- Be able to go 5+ days of raiding per week until a clear (aiming to clear within 2 months)
- Be able to do 3+ hours per weekday, and more on weekends (ideally averages out to 2 lockouts per day or more)
- Have cleared all of deltascape and sigmascape savages
- Are confident they will be able to learn ultimate mechanics and be able to clear. (Check a UCoB guide. Do the mechanics seem straightforward and doable without much problems? Awesome!)
- Be able to stick together, and put up with, regression in progression that might last for more than just a few days. UCoB's Nael is pretty much why this is important.
- Do decent DPS for savage. A significant number of them should at least be purple. More leeway is given to those with more UCoB experience though, however.

For raid experience, having cleared all of o1-8s is fine. If you've done midas or gordias savage, or T6-9s while they were relevant, that's would be a bonus! Even better if you have UCoB experience too!
Even if you have none of the above experience, you are still welcome to apply, but do make sure you include your previous raiding experience details.

On the topic of UCoB experience of existing members:
- 2 members have cleared
- 2 members are at Adds/Golden
- 1 member at Tenstrike Trio
- 2 members are at Nael enrage

We haven't fixed any raid times yet, but currently the static members are available on (times in GMT+10, ignoring savage weekly clears):
- Monday 2015 - 2500
- Tuesday 2015 - 2500
- Wednesday 2015 - 2500
- Thursday 2015 - 2500
- Friday 2300 - 2500
- Saturday 2000 - 2700
- Sunday 1300 - 2100

Note: The static is not for weekly savage clears!
