Live Letter Questions

Just a reminder, please make sure to read the first post in the question submission threads so you know what the person you're submitting the question for is actually in charge of. For example at the time of this post they're accepting questions for Toshio Murouchi whom handles:

• Community Support (Live events, broadcast, official forums, promotions)
• Customer Support (GM, Information Center)
• Illicit Measures (STF, RMT handling)
• Network Observation (NOC)

Immediately after the post describing that, there's questions about music, xbox/nintendo versions of the game and more that are completely unrelated to this person's job.

Couldn't have said it better.

Yeah, people clearly need to make sure they know who they're asking these questions to.

It's evidently not that simple, judging from the fact that over half of the questions aren't relevant to the Q&A.

I really hope that the questions pertaining to the bot issues get a lot more likes by the time the thread closes, though. They need to understand just how much of a problem it is and if they aren't getting as many likes as more petty issues like lack of glamour options then it's not going to send much of a message.

Ironically made the community team's life much easier; the majority of the questions being asked because people can't read will be ignored and binned.

I really don't care how many silly questions people ask so long as they give us some answers about the nearly non-existent response to rampant botting issues.

I like how the opening post clearly asks for people to "Like" a post with the question they're about to ask instead of asking it again, and yet there are so many people asking about what's being done about the bots on their servers. It's a legitimate issue, but goodness. lol
