Some players, like myself, use the Arrow hotbar switcher to reduce interface clutter caused by the extra hotbars on the screen, however the arrows do have a few flaws.
1) The Arrows can be missed when trying to switch hotbars because of several reasons. They are narrow and bright, oftentimes against bright backgrounds, causing it to blend in.
2) When using skills in rapid succession you can accidentally switch hotbars when quickly moving to the first or second skill on the Hotbar.
The solution i propose is to revert to the 1.0 Hotbar switching sound, and create a Hotbar design with a similar function to 1.0's; a dark gradient behind the first hotbar, with bright neon Arrow buttons that contrast against the dark gradient so that they stand out more.
