GM Mouriveha

Quick, easy and painless interaction with this GM fixing my Eureka EXP.

However, ticket took 10 days, to me that's pretty unacceptable for an MMORPG that asks you for a subscription, there's no ticket confirmation and due to the content Eureka, it forces you to either sit there and do nothing to get your levels back or restart and if you do so, the exp you're getting can be pretty insignificant.

I don't think this is a problem with the specific GM, but definitely the response time is very slow compared to other support I've reached out to.
