sHC Static LF 1 NIN or Super MNK

Laid back team with a bit later starts in the evening is looking for a NIN or an AMAZEBALLS tier MNK to offset the loss of trick and shade. We raid 3-5 times a week, depending on the availability of people. Our raids start latest at 21.30 ST and ideally around 21.00ST if people are available and we raid until 00ST. While we are a laid back casual team, this does not mean that we don't care about progress and optimization, nor does it mean that we accept poor performance. You're expected to fully optimize and perform during raids. We raid less hours, but we raid efficiently. You need to have cleared all the current content and be progress minded for the next Ultimate. 3rd Forsaken could be accepted if you learn and adapt quickly on top of having proper performance to show with logs on the previous fights.
