Unable to World Transfer
I keep getting the message that I'm unable to transfer do to a Pending name change and Unclaimed Optional Items. I've cleaned my entire Mailbox and refreshed it to make sure none were still being sent. I completed my Name change over 12 hours ago but I'm still unable to transfer.

Unfortunately, this is not something that we can assist with on the Technical Support forums. You will need to contact a GM in-game. We do not have the resources in the forums to assist with your request. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.
This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
