World transfer error - calamity salvager error but salvager empty

Error: This character still has items in the possesion of the calamity salvager

I've tried a world transfer from Excaliber to Gilgamesh to join my friends. I keep getting the error to empty my calamity salvager, but when I go to claim items there's nothing there. He simply goes through dialogue and then closes out.

- I've also tried checking the housing guy (although I never owned a house) to see if there's anything to claim there. Nothing there either.
- I've released my retainers as well
- Emptied all mail open/unopened

As a v1 player, how can I transfer to a different server?

Tried contacting customer service but they sent me to post it to the forums...
