Incorrect Lost Eureka Levels investigation

I have been filling out reports for lost levels in Eueka since 3/16 almost every day
I finally got a response more than a week later on 3/25 advising me that after further investigation that I was not affected by this bug
This investigation is incorrect
I am currently Level 1 with 409/1000 exp which I got from soloing level 1 mobs
I DID hit level 4 when I was invited to a group
I have 29 protean crystals in my inventory to prove it
You can not get 29 protean crystals from killing the amount of level 1 mobs in 409 exp
I ask that you return me to level 4 in Eureka please
