A tale of Music and Bards (hopes and dreams for that job)

It is completely irrelevant to battle content and the like but I feel it would be a blast for random partying in cities with friends, hell when he have our own LShouses or mog houses I would LOVE to be able to hold parties in there, people eaten what the culinarians (is that even a word?) cook, people wearing nice clothes made by weavers and while dining...

I never spent so much time on an online game doing something for pure and blissful fun as I did when creating music in Mabinogi.

I used to play it...then they managed to block every single other country that wasnt NA from accessing the servers u.u

I live in south america so I cant play mabinogi or mabinogi heroes (vindictus)

As cool as that would be.... I have to say fat chance. Jobs are coming out in a month and I would highly doubt this will be the case of FFXIV's bard. It would be cool... but SE likes to do things in a simplistic manner, I doubt they are spending that much time on a single job.

It might not be in 1.21 but I say it's a good idea and they might implement it if there's enough support. FFXI even eventually added a simple bell ringing music system, albeit much later in the game's life.

Yeah, I dont have high hopes of it happening soon...but I would like to add a more "life-like" feeling to the game.

For a year we have been running around killing monster or chopping trees and living on the streets of uldah 8because face it we are the hobos of uldah xD).

I would really like to have housing and ls houses and making crafting and jobs more lifelike to be honest...maybe add little sidequests specifically for each job...

Pugilists and monks could be the "layout researchers" getting quests for exploring the lands.
marauder and warrior could be in charge of attacking pirate ships or the hamlets.
Lancer and dragoon could be in charge of killing the extreme population of dragons.

etc etc

I hear you. I was really glad to read on Yoshi's idea of having gardens outside our player house, which would mean we'll have an actual physical house. I hope it gets implemented.

As far as each jobs role in the world it'll more than likely just be in the lore/quests. Though it'd be interesting idea if events frequency happens based on classes involved. I.E. your Marauder/Warrior for each of them on a Ferry the higher the chance of that there'll be a pirate attack.
