1. Received fantasia phials via Veteran rewards.
2. Never able to use many
3. Issue likely occurred years ago prior 2 transfers but few phials missing likely due to prior non-stackability.
4. Have purchased in the past but still missing a few from vet rewards.
5. Was told to contact you guys in my ticket.

You said it gives you an error - Is it an error displayed in your game in red text? If so, can you post the text?
