Divine Benison (whm skill)

In 4.1 Divine Benison cost a Lily, but I could target players outside my party and it would work. This was common in Rabanastre where the combination used by white mages on a tank outside the party was to cast Cure II to generate a Lily, then use the Lily with Divine Benison, finally follow up with Regeneration.

In 4.2 Divine Benison no longer costs a lily, but it no longer targets players outside the party.

The Current ToolTip Reads

"Creates a barrier around self or target that absorbs damage totaling 15% of target's maximum HP."

If the 4.2 version of the skill is indeed how the skill was intended to operate, then the tooltip should read as:

"Creates a barrier around self or target party member that absorbs damage totaling 15% of target's maximum HP."
