[Suggestion] Battle effects: Need another option

With Eureka having battle effects all over the place 90% of the time I'd like to both see them but at lower quality/transparency from other people.
Battle effects: Limited turns them off completely with only aoes showing up. So this option doesn't work, it ruins the beauty of seeing skills from other people. The difference between Limited and Off is barely any. The difference between on and limited is too much.

New option should be Visible-Limited (very transparent)

My preference is just lower quality and transparency when set to Visible-Limited, that should fix some things

I wish there was a "beneficial effects" option, I don't need to see my party's RDM's impact, but I WOULD like to see our AST's earthly star ring or collective unconscious bubble so that I can get into it.

Limited will show these. It won't show the Stellar explosion, but you'll see the ring noting the area it'll cover.
