Will Eureka last?
Here we are less than a week in, and we have a lot of lvl 20's already (heck, I was rolled back from 10 to 8, and still might make 20 before they restore my xp - I'm half way to 19 as it is).
Once we get 20, and get relic armor set or two, will it die? I was hoping it'd take a lot longer to get to max and grind this out :(

It might. Repeatability is not a thing this piece of content has. It's going to require the continuous influx of new players to it to keep the lower level accessible for returning players. Usually the relic grind incentivizes (heavily) the completion of technically outdated content to keep that content populated for new players. Eureka doesn't have a mechanism for that and it is a glaring weakness in the design.
Basically never mind a few weeks from now, what happens a few months from now? A year from now? This is not content designed for the long term.

It's 4.0 Anima weapon grind so it'll last through the 4.0 cycle

If they play it right and use Eureka as a platform to build on and integrate high and low level play instead of tacking things onto the side, I think so.
Unfortunately, I don't know if I trust the devs enough to do this and can see future updates being Eureka 2 and abandoning the current ones, for all intents and purposes.

Hope i can get my mount before it dies out then... seems i have zero luck. (or they make it tradeable...)

I'll wager that one content patch from now will severely damage Eureka participation. Two and it will effectively be dead.
Why? Because most will have what they want. Any new content they add will undoubtedly favor higher levels and higher level players will not be interested in leveling low level players.
Unless they force more relic pieces/items into Eureka. Then it will be another boom of dissatisfied players complaining because they have to do it.

Depends what they do in the next step of relic. They could very easily make the next step still require anemos crystals, pazuzu feathers, etc.
-
Depends on how frequently they update the content and how those updates look.

I love the story so far, and hopefully people will get use to it. It does seem that Euruka is not meant for people who like easy content, this is more for players who enjoy a challenge, have the common sense to sneak around and enjoy a bit of a challenge here and their. I just reached 19, and over all the only real issue is player more than mobs that can't sneak around and bring mobs to main group. Could it use some tune ups? sure..should it be nerfed? the fights are not that hard so hopefully just increase crystal gathering, better loot, and maybe higher chain limits for those who want to exp chain rather than NM hunt. I think it will last once people stop complaining and actually reach around level 18.

I would say this content will be dead however in terms of glamour, Eureka is actually easier to do compared to other relics. If they added something like. . . Triple Triad NPCs inside Eureka, "secret rare" extremely hard bosses that drop really rare loot, it could have more longevity, but as it stands now it's way to straight forward.
I don't know about others, but I would be interested in having like 3 more secret bosses that have 0 to do Relic that have their own unique glamour that are unlocked through ludicrous cryptic means that players still have yet to figure out.
It would at least give players something more to do and look forward to. As it stands now, you get all relic, minions, mount, glamour and you're done, there is nothing past the relic gain, but if they had put just a little extra something for those willing to take the risk, Eureka could have a longer lasting effect.
