Area and coordinates: Eureka

Steps:
1. Leveled to 4 on wednesday
2. Go back to Eureka friday and level dropped to 1
3. Re-entered the game today but still lvl 1.
*Add more steps if necessary

is anyone working on this? I've sent multiple in game reports and still on level 1
