Can healers please get more credit for raising people in Eureka?

It really sucks when I have to decide between raising random people or damaging the notorious monster in order to help my group get full credit. Maybe I've just been in bad groups who spend too much time dead or attacking adds rather than the boss but I've had quite a few times where we've gotten bronze or silver when I felt we should have gotten gold. Mainly when I don't have a full party yet. It's not my fault that I spend the entire fate raising people. Well, I mean it kind of is? I could just be an arse and let people stay dead......*coughs*:rolleyes:

Anyway, I think that if a healer raises a person who has done damage to the boss recently, they should get some credit for it in some way, I don't know. But it should count somehow toward what rating your group gets. It's honestly pretty rough being a healer in Eureka as it is... :( How I wish that my AOE heals could help everyone and not just my party!!!

I feel like I can't be the only healer with this problem either, since there have been so many times where I've seen a healer standing right next to a bunch of dead bodies and they just stand there throwing stone instead of raising people. Maybe it's because they're low on MP or maybe it's because swift cast is down. But when there are TONS of people down, even without swift cast up you can still get a lot of people up.

Uhm, it is. Fate and hunt rewards are based on enmity and healing generates a lot of it

This is probably harder than it sounds, because the math on contribution works inside your party. I mean, healers aren't alone on this. Killing other mobs that spawned or followed someone into the NM area don't add contribution either, but it's still helpful for DPS to kill them.

The best way to help yourself here is to go for a full party. That makes getting gold MUCH easier even if you burn some time ressing outside of your group. Plus, doing so is just plain friendly. :)

Make healers get a boost in their abilities for every person they raise. Muh hahahaha!

Toss out your Medica 2's and Regens or heal bomb people and you're probably going to be contributing more to a gold emblem than most DPS are. (Although you generate less... None at all? For Overhealing.)

(Edit: You either still do generate enmity, or even MORE for overhealing, which is 'good' for FATEs)

You can just get gold reward as long as you just tag the boss with a aero and then keep raising and healing non stop after that

Healing is but not raising since raising doesn't generate any enmity.

I have this problem even more so on RDM. I spent a whole Pale Rider getting rezzes more or less.
