Request: Toggle for 12h and 24h Format

JP client has 24h format and many other countries that play with the english client use 24h format too.
I don't see why we shouldn't get an option for this.

The game clock that displays whatever combination of ET, LT, and ST you choose, only allows 12h on the NA client. It appears in /hudlayout as "Server Info", and can be resized or hidden, but not configured for 24h time.

It would be nice if we could use the 24-hour clock.

why do japanese get this but english doesn't. in what world does that make sense. it's a checkbox. you dont want it? well, dont check it!.
