timer for auto-demolition not correct

I just thought someone might like to know, if they send you an email saying they are going to auto-demolish your house in 3 days, to be aware it might not BE 3 days.

This is a notice to inform you that we have detected that the following free company estate/private estate has not been accessed, or a house has not been built on the plot of land, for an extended period of time. As the conditions for removal have been met, the estate is now being prepared for automatic removal.

■Estates Subject to Removal
Type: private estate
World: Famfrit
Plot: Plot 40, 4 Ward, The Lavender BedsSubdivision
Removal Date: 2018-03-16 05:00:00 (PST)
The removal will never occur before the aforementioned Removal Date.)
It worked out for me as I was just waiting for it to do so as I needed the gil to buy a new plot and didn't have enough without the recompense gil. I just wanted people to know not to rely on times given, is all. I definitely didn't get 3 days! The email was sent on 3/15/18.

I don't see anything in that saying they're giving you 3 days notice. I see it stating a specific date and time.

Considering you're posting this about 12 hours after the listed Removal date and time, when did your house actually demo?

Please note that the estate will be automatically removed on the Removal Date specified below unless you take the steps described under the Deactivating the Automatic Removal section below before such date.

Sorry was trying to truncate it as well as I could with the restriction of 1000 characters. There's the rest of it. Again, I have no axe to grind, it worked out great for me! It was at 6am Pacific time. I knew that was the time it was to be auto demolished, so I was on to scoop up the gil and get my stuff fast and claim my land.

I am just saying 3 days might not be 3 days...
