Lost Elemental Level as well

■Class/Level: Elemental Level 7 -> Elemental Level 4
■Party or solo: Both
■Area and coordinates: Eureka Anemos

■Steps:
1. I got to level 7 around the 14th or 13th,
2. on the 15th i spent a bunch of time running palace of the dead
3. Later that day I go to eureka to see my level drop from 7 to 4
4. I leveled up back to level 5 but dont know what to do with regards to lost levels
