i2501, Change to Recurring Subscription issue
Hi, I'm sure this will be moved to "Separate Support Required" but I thought I'd better ask anyway.
I attempted to resubscribe today with 32 days left on my account, using a work computer. I was hit with the i2501 error code before I could even put in credit card information. I tried it one more time, forgetting you cannot ask for more than 180 days of play time, so I switched to 90 days and tried again. i2501 again.
I researched the issue and found that I shouldn't try more than twice on the same internet connection. Tried again on my phone...
I got through everything, no payment required, no credit card information to put in, and it switched my account to Recurring. I'm a little confused by this, since SE does not have a credit card on file (that I know of) how can my account be recurring?
