Airship/Sub Construction requirements

Why is it that you only need 3 people to create a FC. Yet when you go to build an Airship you are required to have up to 8 people in the work shop just to build it. It would make more sense that the requirements to build an airship/sub be the same requirement for starting a FC.

My FC consists of 3 people. We are friends in real life. We don't trust people that we do not know to access our things. We had learned from other MMOs that we played for years in the past, people you do not know in real life cannot be trusted.

I know for some people they will say shout out for people to come and stand around, go out and meet new friends yada yada yada. Well not everyone is like that. You can shout for days and no one will give you the time of day to step into your house and into your workshop to do nothing. We don't necessarily want to go out and find new friends, we are fine by our selves. The mechanics do not allow for cross world help.

Im in the same boat, and I really wish theyd change or update this. As it stands, nothing happens in the forced cutscene so why have it require 4 people as crafting classes? They dont even need to be in the free company to do it, so its not stopping people from keeping an airship to themselves. If we actually did something in the cutscene id understand, but nothing happens! So whats the point?

What construction require 8 people??? I was pretty sure every project is 4 people. It's not hard. Grab an fc mate, a friend or 2. Or even offer 10-50k in party finder. I've built multiple airships and subs, takes 1-5 minutes max to get people to do it, either that or you're not trying very hard. Happy building.
