Lost Elemental Levels

Date & Time: 3/14/18 but noticed it on 3/15/18 about 12 a.m.

Class/Level: 70 RDM/NIN and 8 in Eureka

Area and coordinates: Forbidden Land, Eureka

Steps:
1. On 3/13 I leveled in Eureka to level 4 as NIN.
2. Got up on 3/14, level 4 in Eureka, leveled to level 8 from about 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. in multiple instances and groups, playing as RDM, not NIN, all day.
3. Left Eureka to catch up NIN quests so i could get the antiquated set.
4. Went back to Eureka at midnight, entered as NIN, not RDM, and my level was reset to level 4, the same level I was last time I played as NIN in Eureka.
5. I finished a notorious monster fate, earning exp, before I realized my level was reset.

Steps:
1: Left Forbidden Land, Eureka as level 6 after having completed the Lv 5 Magicite quest and partying for some time afterwards.
2: Left via the boat zone line
3: Did a number of events and logged out, logged back in later that evening and did Expert, leveling, and 50/60 roulettes as WAR/WHM
4: Logged out on 03/14/2018 around 12PM EST
5: Logged in on 03/15/2018 around 9 AM EST, ran an unsynced Solm Al solo
6: Went back to Eureka and entered as whm, My level was set to 4 instead of 6 as it should be.

Steps:
1. Logged out around 04:00 UTC in Rhalg'rs Reach
2. Logged in around 06:35 UTC
3. and finally when i entered Eureka, i noticed my Elemental level dropped to 6, it was 8 before i logged out.

Steps:
1. Played quite a bit of Eureka last night increasing my level from 3 to 6.
2. Completed both the level 3 and level 5 quests and assigned the magicite (which I spelt wrong probably?) to the element board, zoned out of Eureka.
3. Changed class to Monk when I zoned into Kugane before logging out for the night.
4. Logged in today, did my roulettes (Expert, Leveling, Alliance) and beast tribe quests then decided to do a little bit of Eureka, queued and accepted.
5. Zoned into Eureka and noticed I was now level 3 and had also lost the magicites on my board, barring the first one. Additionally, the quest marker on the quest giver was completely gone, not even a red "the next quest starts at level x/return here with x" it usually had so I'm making the assumption I can't get those back so RIP me.
6. Tried switching instances and logging out and back in to see if it made any changes, which it didn't.
7. Filed an in-game bug report, logged out, then posted here as recommended by another individual having a similar issue.

1: Left Forbidden Land, Eureka as level 5 before completing the level 5 quest (was DRG as class)
2: Left via leaving duty with leave button
3: Played for a bit with guild doing various trails
4: Logged out on 03/14/2018 around 23.30 CET
5: Logged in on 03/15/2018 around 18.30 CET
6: Went back to Eureka and entered as PLD, My level was set to 2 instead of 5 as it should be.

Steps:
1: Left Forbidden Land, Eureka as level 8, almost 9 (about 5k exp away from leveling up) by quitting out the game and forgetting to leave the instance first. Although I was standing next to Gerald in the base. That was just after midnight server time.
2: Came back the next day around noon and went back into Eureka almost right away.
3: Was still level 8 but at the beginning of the level and had lost about 40k exp. All tokens collected were still there as far as I know as I upgraded my gear and spend them last thing the night before.
4: Wrote a ticket in game.

Steps:
1. On 3/14 Leveled MCH in Eureka to 7.
2. Switched to WHM for the rest of the evening and Leveled some more up to 11.
3. On 3/15 Continued to level with WHM to 13.
4. Took a break and completed some daily Beast Tribe Quests.
5. Went back into Eureka about an hour later on my MCH with a friend and my level had reverted back to 7.
