Load priority for Eureka NMs, A rank hunts, and party members

So, an issue I'm having on PS4, and other ps4 players are having, is monsters and party members "poofing" from screen due to the massive amount of players crowding around targets. The issue is around A rank hunts, and NMs in Eureka. For hunts, the target won't load up first, other players load up before the mob does. In Eureka the NM will just vanish completely.If you're ranged/healer this sets you up for failure. Because if the nm does an aoe in your direction, and it vanished, you have no way of knowing unless you fall over dead from it.

My party members are also disappearing and I'm unable to target them, even if I'm standing on top of them. Takes a moment to load, yet other players will load up before them. Please look into making monsters similar to how you have S ranks load in, and keeping said monsters a priority to stay loaded in, and having party members treated the same way.
