There's no min ilevel to get in AND we're synced to i300. Does that mean I can go in sub i300 and be synced UP? Or does it follow normal leveling dungeon rules and only sync down?

Only syncs down, u can technically switch to a lower lvled class with lower ilvl but expect to get 1 shotted

it also seems to sync up. was in a party with a PLD on i291 gear when he unlocked the quest and entered the instance.
