Eureka NM spawn theories

I have seen some posts on reddit regarding this, but they are getting lost in all the bad posts, so I thought I'd set one up here.

Supposedly, killing darners at X:16, Y21 in gale weather will spawn an NM.

Killing the sabotenders at x:14 y:22 will spawn the most common one, but I do not know the spawn conditions for this one.

Killing the "tentacle mobs" at x:29, y:26 during the rain also spawns one. time of day unknown, the one that spawned was during the day.

in my party a guy told me that kiilling the octopus spawns the octopus NM in the river
