90002 Error Unable to Log in 1 toon.

I crashed when loading into a cross world Party for Bismark EX yesterday, when I try to log back in I get a 90002 error, and cannot log back into Kitty Kibbles. I can however log onto other servers and I can log onto other toons also on the same server as kitty kibbles. Its been almost 24 hrs since the crash and I am still unable to log back onto kitty kibbles. She shows as still being online on FC list and friends lists however your tech support has said she is showing offline on the server. I have tried the things they suggested and cannot log onto her still. I was told to report it here
