Steps:
1. Cast shields(SCH/WHM), tank pop thrill of battle (WAR)
2. Heartless angel aoe goes out.
3. Thrill still has 10 sec. Tank dies to heartless angel

For the "reduce to 1 HP" moves like Heartless Angel in your O8S video (and earlier Omega Normal/Savage fights that has Charybdis), do not use abilities that increase maximum HP (Thrill of Battle, Mage Ballad's Troubadour effect.)
