Added License to PC - Not Recognizing Original Service Account

Hello Tech Team!

I originally started playing FFXIV through my ps4. I purchased a Windows license code and when I went to Mogstation I selected the "Add License to Windows" option. I decided to start playing it through PC today but when I select the Start option it takes me directly to the data center/character creation.

I reviewed my Mogstation account and I only see having one service account. I also reviewed the grid that shows which licenses you purchased for a given service account and it indicates I did purchase one for my PC (Windows) and PS4. So I'm not sure why my pc version isn't picking up the character I created through my ps4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you are allowed to have a character on each world, you will need to go to the data center option, and make sure you've selected the appropriate data center with your world on it. After you've selected the right data center, you will then see a drop down menu in the upper right of the PC version stating what world you are connected to. You will need to use this menu to select the world that your character is on, and after you do that, you will see your character show up, in which case, you then should be able to login.

After you've done this once, you shouldn't have to do it anymore on your next login attempt... You will now default to your characters world each time you login.
