One man's hell is another man's heaven- MC/semi HC raid Rgroup of veteran players looking for a healer to replace our fallen-to-work comrade. Raid schedule for progression is monday-friday 9pm gmt8.

We are 7 nice veteran players who like the game and raiding, optimisations, clears, dicussions, lively atmosphere, arguing, enjoying the game, we also have respect to real life and prioritize it, we wont get offended if u skip one raid cuz u need to pick mom from airport or something.
At the moment group doing weeklies and mostly focused on ucob, progression is up to adds. We also like to optimise our weeklies for some better dps and execution speed cuz otherwise its boring.

What do we want from our healer? I want to stay alve:D Also good understanding of timelines, planning, some speed run experience, some Coil experience at least to bahamut, hunger to game and gitgut process, positive mind, voice, own opinion and bravery to say it and oh well, we need someone who weel feel with us like home.
Not interested in ppl who lf ucob-only, we need a perma replacement for a long term.
