Looking to form a new static

My friend and I are currently graveyard shift players and are looking to form a solid static group with players on similar schedules. Obviously, before we get into raid night specifics, our playtime is 2am EST - 8am EST Mon-Fri. As we receive players that are interested we can move forward with figuring out exact days/time slots for raiding.

About us: I am a ilvl 357 WHM. My friend is ilvl 361 PLD.

Now to touch up on what we have done thus far. We have cleared Sigma 5-6s since week 1 of patch, and are currently learning 7s through pugs.

Our intent is to have a calm learning/raiding atmosphere with dedicated players set on sticking together. We want to clear content while also having fun doing so. We have discord and can utilize it for chat as well.
