Stuck in crates in Shirogane

Character becomes trapped/stuck in game surround between crates at this location and unable to move, jump or use the ninja skill Shukuchi to remove self.
Mounting any Mount remains stuck in place but allows casting/summon of mount.
Only means to remove self is to teleport away
I have repeated this and it appears to occur when jumping on the crates but landing on the gap between the stacked crates
