Allied Seals as a possible reward for Alliance Roulette?

not sure if anyone has addressed this yet, but I think it makes sense. :p

I'd rather they be scrapped and converted to centurio

I think it would have more sense if allied seals were rewards for grand company activities. or maybe not hmmmm
