game crashing

my game keeps crashing on the loading screen after I select my character or when I go to move maps.

*Steam
*PC
*Wired connection
*Running Discord in back

I have uninstalled the game twice and reinstalled it
I cannot check for missing files
I work fine on a new character main is only one that's bugged
