Make plot tenancy account-bound for alts

Now that we can only have only one house, shouldn't we get account-bound tenancy of our plot across alts? Not that I mind switching to my main to access and decorate it but I'd see it as a quality of life improvement.

There's a thread just a wee bit down the first page already started for that. :)
