That is Edda's scythe, it's on the mog station.
You can buy the weapon for 5 different jobs so make sure to get the right one.
Wave your visa card to get it.
It's a neat weapon but I always found it silly when a Dragoon uses it. All those funny looking pokes. On a Warrior it looks pretty neat.
