Purchasable Odin's Mantle?

Hello, recently I killed Odin on Excalibur shard and got my 5 mantles. I bought the sword, and now I wait for him to spawn again. However, a friend who also plays, told me that the vendors in Mor Dhona will SELL the mantles for poetics as long as ive killed Odin once already. he sent me a screencap showing the same vendor (I'm in the screenshot too) and yet, my version of the vendor doesn't have it.

anyone have an answer?

I think they are having a joke with you. I've not seen Odin's Mantle available from anything other than the Steel Reign FATE.

As far as I know its a fate drop only, never seen a vendor sell them.

I've killed Odin many times and neither of the tome vendors have them for sale, just items you can buy with them.
