Sight Seeing Log questions

I have come to discover that in order to purchase paintings from the HW and SB areas I need to complete all the ARR sightseeing logs to get the achievement "Out of Sight Out of Mind". Doing all of those will unlock access to those paintings. The issue I am facing and would like to know about is, have a number of "vistas" in the ARR areas been removed? I have run across a couple so far that aren't there. One example is the "rainbow bridge" in central Shroud. Another is the Lancer's guild. While I am still waiting for the right time and weather there is no message, "You have arrived at a Vista" there either. According go the Wiki on these I went to the exact location listed and did not receive the message "You have arrived at a Vista". I even waited until the correct time and weather and did the correct emote, and got nothing. I would love to know as I would really like to finish these.

in regards to the ARR vistas have you completed the first 20? You can only get access to the rest of those after getting the first achievement.

DrWho has the right of it. You have to finish Vistas #1-20 before you can acquire Vistas #21-60(?). Also if it's any consolation the majority of Vistas in Heavensward and Stormblood have zero requirements so you can knock almost all of them out in a single afternoon. Hang in there and /lookout!

Thanks all I will do that! Took me a while but got to the tanning wrack in leatherworks waiting for the right time and weather now. I plan to get all of them!
