Mog issue

I apologize if this is the wrong place.
feel free to ridicule me.

I ordered something off the Mog station, The carbuncle lamp set x2.
Only one showed up because my mail was full.
So I claimed one. And delete all my old messages. But the other set never came.

I know its only 10.00, But money doesn't grow on trees.
Is there anything I can do? I tried the 'receive reward tab' a few times, I tried teleporting from and to my FC, I tried logging in and out and in again.
SE doesn't offer an individual response to players according to the support desk. Am I the first one this has happened to?

I had this happen to me yesterday, basically the exact same way. Got 2 of something, full mail only gave me 1, and the receive reward button did nothing. I sent a ticket in to a GM through the in-game support tab, said it exactly the way I just told you, and within 5 minutes I had the item in the mail.

I'm new to FF, but each time I've gotten ANY Thing in the mail I retrieve the items then DELETE the mail ! I simply don't TRUST any games mail system!
