Doing dungeons that should reward poetics...

But then when finished we haven't been receiving them. We were getting them up to a point and now they've stopped? There isn't supposed to be a cap on them. Is anyone else having this issue?

There is actually a cap on Poetics: You can never have more than 2000 Poetics. When you reach that cap, you need to spend some Poetics before you can earn more.

There's no cap on how many you can earn but there is a 2K cap on how many you can hold at one time; gotta spend some.

No, I know you can only get 2k at a time. I mean I'm only at 1833 and somehow haven't been getting them. Or more tot he point, haven't been getting the "First time a person has cleared" ones.

Unless you are mistaken then it's a bug and the first time I've heard of that. If you are definitely completing duties that say they reward poetics but your total does not increase even though you aren't capped... yeah it's not supposed to work that way, could file a bug report if that is what is happening.

So yeah just myself and my husband it's happening to. Thank just wanted to know if anyone else had been seeing that.

Just to be sure, you are doing dungeons that drop poetics right? Those would be the level 50 dungeons, and the level 60 ones. The leveling dungeons(51-59, 61-69) dont have a poetic reward to them.

Poetics 'new player bonus' works only with 50 and 60 dungeons (not 51-59), and ARR and HW trials (except those included in mainstory that are not 50 or 60). If you're doing those with undersized party / unsync and no one's new, you won't get anything at all.
