Anyone else receive a broken XIV Shiva figure ?

My was delivered with the left arm (shield) crack....
O.O anyone else?

Mine came with a broken sword.
If they weren't already sold out, I'd swap it out.

Guess I'll just glue it =/

They're letting Ace Ventura deliver packages again I see...

On reddit theres been pictures of one with a broken arm and another thats head snapped off. Are they not packaged properly or did they not pull enough of the brittle ones off the convertor belt before shipping? x_x

Yikes, that's awful! On one hand, I'm a bit relieved I decided not to splurge on one of those. But on the other hand, I feel awful that many who did decide to treat themselves are getting damaged products. I hope this gets addressed somehow. :(

They I was just gonna mention, someone on reddit posted one with the arm missing. Was going to link it but I can't find it anymore.

Yea I saw the reddit , I believe the arm is missing is the same one of my (shield) , my friend got his package one hour ago... I open it with him.. The arm broken as well... wtf going on.

It snapped off right where the blade and the hilt meet.

I did notice when I got the box that it was a bit banged up (The shipping box, not the Shiva box).
And there was zero markings on the box that indicated the contents were fragile.

My best guess is that UPS stations all over the country weren't careful with the boxes and just started throwing them around because there was no markings or indicators on them to tell them that that wasn't okay to do.

Not to boast/gloat, but mine came in just fine, thankfully.
