I messed up!

Soo I own a medium in lavender beds and I just bought some hingan wall and roof pieces to use and it ended up costing 2m and turns out I cant equip them on?? is there anyway to do so?

Put them on the MB for a little less than vendor price. You'll lose a little but at least get something back from someone who doesn't want to pay the full vendor price.

Those have to be crafted so I would very much advise not going by vendor price when selling them. Just put them back up for sale for what you purchased them for or a bit higher/lower depending on what the prices are on the market board for them at the moment depending on how fast you want to sell them.

Afraid not. The Hingan Roof Decoration, Wall Decoration and Placard are the only exterior fixtures that can be used in districts other than Shirogane. The Roof (also size specific), Exterior Wall (also size specific), Window, Door and Fence fixtures are all district specific.

Hingan = Shirogane
Oasis = Goblet
Riviera = Mist
Glade = Lavender Beds

I made the same mistake myself too, but thankfully I learned (albeit the hard way) you can't use Hingan parts on Oasis houses before I made a significant dent in my wallet.
I can see why they'd want all the houses to fit the districts thematically but I think it's a pretty dumb restriction nonetheless. Especially when you have Paissa, Moogle, and Chocobo houses all around.

so what you expect? just sell them :P
