Question in regards to material usage rights

hopefully this is the right forum for this, but i recently came across a couple images, with credit/ownership given to Square Enix of course, but it was said that they had exported the character models and the rigging for them. so, what i am curious about and havent been able to find while searching, is whether or not this is acceptable. if it is, i may want to play around with using my character and posing them in a render program for some custom imagery for myself.

as of right now the only thing even close is the rules and policies regarding using images taken in the game. but that is pretty far from what i am asking so here i am asking on the forum as i was unable to find anything in regards to this.

of course if i posted them anywhere full credit/ownership would be listed as belonging to SE. i would love an answer to this because part of me really wants to do it, but i am not about to risk losing my account to do so if it is not allowed.
