Will servers come up sooner or on time from patch?

Hey everyone, take your speculation into effect. USUALLY SE Devs tell us in the patch note that they will not bring the servers back online early due to the nature of housing. However THIS time around... they dont mention that. They say..

Date & Time: February 19th, 11:00 PM to February 20th, 2:00 AM (PST)
* Please note that the duration is subject to change.

I only bring this up in case anyone is hoping to get a house.. and SE pulls a quick patch and next you know, catches all off guard with early finish.

Whats your thoughts?

Housing is involved. They will absolutely not bring the servers up early.

That's insurance in case something goes wrong and they need to extend it. But there is no chance of them coming up early. Housing is involved.

While the completion time IS subject to change, that doesn't mean they will open the server up for the flood of people waiting to get a home again.

Just a friendly reminder that since we're beginning the sale of plots in Shirogane along with Patch 4.1 release, the server will not be opened before the scheduled Patch 4.1 maintenance time mentioned above.

yeah no, opening the servers a little early makes them liable to receive even more community backlash than the usual spiel. Makes their jobs easier and the playerbase happier to just stay on time

Aside from what others have said, this is put there more for incase something happens that means they have to extend the time servers are unavailable.

If your not hoping for a house I would recommend waiting until tomorrow morning/early afternoon. Aether is going to be taking a beating with all the people running to Balmung... muchless those rushing to maybe getting a house.

Last time they didn't mention it in the patch notes but did state so on twitter. Every housing patch thus far has not opened early, I would not anticipate this one opening early.

Would be nice if we could have at least only one possible time for the maintanance end. English forum 10:00 GMT; German forum 10:00 MEZ.
My bet is on the GMT time.
