Question about Companies

Hello there, I was going to ask many questions but many answers were found in this forum already except one. I am a Conjurer from Ul'dah and I would like to know if its important for my class to choose the Twin Adders (According to what I read, I will only be able to exchange my points for CON's equip in Adders soon).
Also, in case all people i know joined the Flames, I will have problems joining them in quest like Ifrit battle, or stuff like that?

Currently, the gear differences between GCs are rather minimal, so you should be ok to join whichever one you want.

Right now, the only thing you can't do with people from other GCs are the chocobo caravan escort quests.
