Incorrect Recipe given as reward for Local Leve

Doing "Pants Make the Man" local levequest in Ul'dah, I received a recipe with the wrong ingredients.

It says:
Felt Coif of Casting (Red)
1 felt coif of toiling
1 all-purpose red dye

When it should be:
Felt Coif of Casting (Red)
1 felt coif of casting
1 all-purpose red dye

The website reads the same way. This seems inconsistent with how items should work.
