House Item out of sight - unable to retrieve

Frequency: Seem only when to many items in the same vicinity, I thought the item had glitched into the floor or wall.

Area and coordinates: Any house
Housing: Yes
Steps:
1. Adding to many items to area or close vicinity make some items perma vanish
2. Unable to retrieve item as 'out of sight', even when using house interior decoration
3. I did end up resolving the issue myself as I moved some stuff away and the item became visible again and could be moved/retrieved
4. and that is it, know this is not a suggestions place and such, but maybe up the visible limit within houses or the likes if it is possible, if an issue or not possible for eg. consoles, at least for the windows people or something or increase the vicinity radar or something :)
