If you were to destroy your house to sell it? I can’t seem to find anything on this. Somebody hasn’t logged into their house in a very long time, and I’m curious if camping it is worth the wait, or if it follows the same restrictions as willingly giving up a plot, and won’t be immediately available when demoed?
Contextually it seems that any housing plot relieved of it's plot, via demolition, transferring, or a player blowing it up willingly, will put a hold on the house for some time.
It seems the idea behind it is to give newly opened plots a bit of leeway to avoid people buying them asap and to give others a fair chance at it.
And to bork up the resellers. How much this borks them up is unknown since people are still trying to sell.
