Character Image Display Technical Difficulties (Feb. 16)

We are currently experiencing an issue where character images are loading slowly or are not loading at all on the Lodestone and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums. The character images might not update even after logging out of the game.

・Character images are loading slowly or are not loading at all
・Character images might not update even after logging out of the game

At the below time, we experienced technical difficulties in which character images were loading slowly or not at all on the Lodestone and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums, and character images might not update even after logging out of the game.

We are pleased to announce the issue has been resolved.

If your character image is still not being displayed correctly due to this issue, logging in to FINAL FANTASY XIV with the affected character and performing an equipment change will cause the correct image to be displayed.
