Actual Info: Since 3 days ago i tried contact you guys using the support, other friends also tried, because my free company (free company commander is Benylin Thesecond) house is locked down, im getting the error message saying: ''Unable to execute command. Housing functions are currently locked.''
So Im unable to acess my house for 3 days already i really hope you fixing this soon because is getting quite annoying have a house and pay my sub and not be able to acess my stuff expecially since you guys took 3 whole days to not answer a ticket and only answer it when i send another one.

PS:Most of that info was in a joke way because after 3 days all i get is a message telling me to make a post here because your support cant help me, and then u move me into the lack of information even tought there was nothing else u may want to know so there the whole helpful information u may were lacking

Are you sure this isn't just a case of the housing server being simply overloaded? As I've had that same thing happen to me in the past on Balmung during peak times on numerous occassions - often the only way to get inside was either to keep trying the door target every few seconds and eventually it would let me in without the error, or I just teleported somewhere else and waited a while before trying again. It was simply caused by too many connections to the housing server (which are used for the housing interior).

Sadly there isn't really any quick fix to it I'm afraid.
